Our Consultations provide us with the opportunity to meet on-site, assess site conditions, and discuss your vision, budget, priorities, and desired outcomes for the project.
This meeting allows us to understand how you intend to use the space, identify opportunities and constraints within the site, and determine the most appropriate pathway forward. It also gives us the opportunity to explain how we see the potential of your property and how Verge Landscapes can help bring that vision to life.
During the consultation, we will discuss:
• Your overall vision; style preferences, and intended use of the space.
• Project budget; expectations and investment ranges.
• Materials; Hardscape selections, planting considerations, and design direction.
• Timeframes; project staging requirements
• Site-specific opportunities, limitations, and practical requirements.
• Moving Forward; Our concept-to-completion process and what to expect going forward.
Following the consultation, we will provide a tailored quote based on the scope, scale, and requirements of your project.
For clients requiring a landscape design, the consult allows us to accurately assess the site and provide realistic cost expectations for both the design and construction phase.
For clients who already have a third party design in place, the consultation serves as a site assessment and project review, allowing us to provide a detailed quote for our services to execute your landscape construction.
Our goal is to ensure every project begins with a clear understanding of design intent, feasibility, budget, and expectations. Consultations are our way of ensuring each project receives the level of planning, attention to detail, and quality that Verge Landscapes is known for.
Consultations are charged at $350 + GST, which is credited toward your chosen service should you proceed with our quote.
